seems like 50% shareholder only in Profits distributed. I am not an accounting guru. just asking the question.

A question was, how does the Asian deal translate to income for the US company from a shareholders point of view? It’s 50/50 revenue sharing but the funds will not be consolidated into our financials, it’s a minority but the economics are equally split.
