With current production and revenue, the company has to be worth at least $5 a share in a buyout as it sits, if not $10. The one local newspaper reported they are doing $20 million a year in sales and that was before production picked way up for the elan.

The hold up is the market does not know how they are doing financially. They went dark and are like 8 years w/o reporting a peep. Not even an update on the OTC website company profile plus the TA is gagged last time I checked.

The only announcement is AirT's ceo now holds a nice chunk of the company at like .35 cents a share.

We know they are producing elans. We know they are generating revenues. But we don't know where they are on paper.

Once filings start to hit, more interest will come. More people know they are still listed than it appears imo. But they have to show shareholders something solid to stand on.

As far as MOD, I gave it up. There's nothing in the i-box to update and no posters.
