They do that every day for the last few months. Most of the shares trade well above all day long. And at the end of the day, they set a low bid for the smallest amount of shares and accept it. Literally walked down, but no one can get shares a bulk of shares at that low price. It is being kept down temporarily for a reason. I suspect it is being done so they can negotiate a deal for shares at a depressed price directly with the company. That 13g came out, and that's quite a bit of shares. Those were not bought on the open market. Not enough volume for it to be the case. I'm expecting we see perhaps another 13g come soon from another buyer, perhaps Haris and Haris next. Then once these big investors accumulate their millions of shares for $.18 pop, it will rise.
