I spoke w/Ken Lamb on thursday and was told that the opinion letter was to be finished that evening .He talked as if the pinks might be quoting as of last friday but that did not happen. Along with a lot of things, I did state my concern about the way the pps has plumeted. When I asked if the share count was out of control he replied that it was not, but they were selling shares to raise the funds needed. When I asked about the gold, or when they would actually be getting some out of the ground he replied a few weeks. I went on to ask about a r/s and he replied absolutley not. He did say that he was leaving for columbia today. How much of this is true? Well I cant answer that , just passing on some of the info I was told. I am probably down as much as anyone with this pos so all I can do is wait it out
