Maybe this has been discussed but I don't recall it.

There were posts recently about a building in NC that is suspected to be a manufacturing site for Probuphine.

But that is just a building.

Doesn't it take a while to get the production process approved by the FDA?

Of course, that means the production equipment and auxiliary systems with staff need to be in place.
