Most of the PR is equivalent to what one hears for a supplement TV commercial. Doesn't reference the FDA, or infer the "trial" has anything to do with the FDA. The only part which could get them into trouble is:

Lacto-Freedom™ frees sufferers from these expensive and difficult options

That implies it's a treatment, or "cure". That's a bozo no no. The FDA would be interested in that part.
