An update would be nice, but deals like this take time. Both sides want what's right for each other as well Lorraine will most definitely want what's food for the future of RXSF, Management and Shareholders LONGTERM...not a fly by night deal that could potentially destroy everything she's built. Imo we are very close but Patience needs to be exercised.

Once the deal is signed say good bye to $1, $2 and say hello to volume, increased pps and NASDAQ.

Everything I say is in my opinion, do your own DD and make your decision wisely! Don't spend more then you can afford to lose!
