My thinking as a Monkey, 20 milj. cash and 20 milj. goodwill is 50/50? As for the assets, they are owned by the company Quantum Materials Asia. This means that 20 milj. comes on the balance sheets of QMC? Sorry, I'm not the accountant , only Monkey thinking. But for sure all assets from Quantum Materials Asia stay in the books and are from Quantum Materials Asia. I think we need to have faith in our accountants? And there must some specialists for this subject on the board?
