I'm new here so I can only speculate.

The easy answer is people lost trust in the company and there was a massive selloff. Looking at the laughably small market cap, that is obvious. If even a little bit of faith comes back, the PPS will scream higher from here. It looks like with recent news people are indeed regaining trust.
