So what transpired today? Catani you will be glad to know that Steve is definitely in the drivers seat and it didn’t take the BOD to help him see that Displays were the focal point. That happened several years ago, before the new guys arrived, when the Saudi’s were pulling strings and misleading Steve and company to believe they were going solar. A very silent but knowledgeable Dave Doderer is another one that is in the drivers seat behind the scenes. It takes many now with their individual specialties to move this forward and that was evident at the meeting, speaking in side bars with the Board members. They were as open as they could be but the end result is no new info. What you did take away was that each one is a force to be reckoned with in the field of their specialty. Sri was very impressive with his knowledge and this man has an amazing amount of contacts in many different areas. These guys, like Dan Carlson have been through the business before and without a doubt will prevent many first time mistakes. Craig Lindberg is another example as he organizes the books in prep for an uplist. The lawyer Bryce in response to the uplist question mentioned, without elaborating further that it was possible at a share value of $3. I didn’t see that in my post 44270 but he’s the lawyer and should know the latest requirements. They mentioned a reverse split as a method but I didn’t put much into it and they weren’t too convincing it would even be considered. They were talking more about a means to uplist, not that they were considering it. Steve said they want to do it “Organically”, thus without a RS was my takeaway.
Ray Martin is the detail, cookie cutter, get the instructions down pat and duplicate the process type.
Doczef, Mike, a silent but watchful Paul and a non IHub Mark were in attendance also. Mark asked the most questions and has agreed to share them with us. That’s a future post.
X27Ray your question about new construction or renovation a building was answered as it is an existing building. Reading between the lines it probably will go sooner than later. They will provide more details on that soon.
A question was, how does the Asian deal translate to income for the US company from a shareholders point of view? It’s 50/50 revenue sharing but the funds will not be consolidated into our financials, it’s a minority but the economics are equally split. Ok, that went over my head as it has to do with the business and tax laws in China and another reason I have someone else do my taxes, too complicated sometimes.
Another question was to find out what purpose it serves to go to investor conferences from the companies standpoint if there are no shares left to sell? It’s important to get word out and have them buy from retail at these “RIDICULOUSLY” low prices. Someone who appreciates it should be out there buying. They go to the investor conferences to try and make people appreciate the opportunity being presented before them. As we all know many people can’t see the light before them until it’s blinding, in this case it’s dollars from revenue and until it’s in front of them in black and white they’ll won’t buy in. To that I say, their loss our gain!
Over all it was worth the trip and there appears to be interest in Hawaii, company outing? My take again was sooner than later but then I have thought that for the last 7 years and two months!
