Flat out lies or monumental stupidity (or both!) on the "Official" site:

looks like Jerry owns Smarterita, dollar shots?, rmhb , and the clothing line.

Smarterita was a worthless failing shell that was written off entirely, as clearly shown in the audit. Tom got a whole bunch of free shares, shareholders got shafted (again.)

Dollar Shots was flipped back to the original owners almost immediately after it was "purchased" in an obvious sham transaction. Jerry never told shareholders, but it was exposed in the audit. The shareholders (not jerry) own 5 million worthless shares of an imaginary company.

Jerry controls RMHB through sweetheart preferreds and notes he granted himself (for free) but he doesn't OWN it.

What makes you think Jerry owns the clothing line? Don't the SHAREHOLDERS own that? LLOLLOLLOL
