Except that we have only Basu's word that PPJE has some ill-defined kind of "partnership" with the Painful Center.

One way to become a partner, is to invest, say, $2 million dollars in the project. But PPJE, as a broke company, does not have that kind of money.

Another way would be for PPJE to provide the software. Bit it would be extremely unusual for a software provider to be entitled to a share of the overall profits, instead of being paid a standard fee for the software.

I don't expect the Painful Center to open early next month. At least, not at the location shown on its website.
