No it's not apples to oranges IMO. There are already pure synthetic cannabinoids on the market, an patients much much prefer whole cannabis because it is more effective, more pleasant and less side effects. It's not just THC/CBD but each strain has a unique mixture of dozens of active compounds which all act together. Terpenes increase the effectiveness, availability and etc of many cannabinoids.

Nobody has to smoke cannabis anymore either. You can easily make a skin treatment with coconut oil. No fancy preparations needed.

The claims that bio engineering will be cheaper than growing cannabis an extracting is such a load of shit it's hilarious. In one season you can grow 5 million grams of THC on a 10 hectare plot of land. probably would cost under $100 000.

How much did this company blow on researching bio-reactors so far? When it's legal there will be so much cannabis oil available.
