Does anyone believe the previous BS explanation for the delay in releasing the financials?

The question is.. WHY is everyone leaving? Lawsuits looming about that $500,000 Jerry banked for a Canadian order he never delivered?

SEC investigations?

IRS questions about that sham "Dollar Shots" transaction?
