Good Morning.

The year end numbers are completed and will be posted within the next few days.
The year ended right about as expected.
2016 has started with a fury. We have been traveling constantly having kick-off meetings and working with current and future distributors.

As some may know, we felt a need to move Fernhill to a different transfer agency. The previous agent just couldn't grasp what we were doing in regards to the distribution of shares to V Group shareholders. We are now have the same transfer agent for both companies. This makes the share distribution much easier. It has taken time and way way too much money. I'm hoping this is the last obstacle to overcome. I will keep everyone informed as I know more.
