Oh the patents are real, and yes Apple/AT&T have a problem because these patents cover what they have been doing.

Unfortunately, these companies have proven that they don't wish to address VPLM. Are any articles being written about this by business reporters? Is anything appearing in these companies PR or timelines regarding this lawsuit? No.

Why, do you ask? Because the lawsuit is not perfected yet. Once served, it becomes an issue they need to address. Right now, Vplm management is acting as stubborn as they they usually are, perhaps even delusional by thinking someone will come to the table within 3 months. Um, no.

Once served, the lawsuit is perfected and we have a ball game.
