Yes, Meow remembers reading on Wonky Dongs NTEK IR page that it is David Foley. It was justified that since he supposedly lent money to the Company and differed his salary he deserved to be paid millions while in Federal Prison for multiple counts of fraud. It has since been taken down and never mentioned again. There are some that have that statement saved and have posted it here in the past.
