My assumption is there will be an RS. At this point it is unavoidable. Business operations and strategies along with PRs have failed to generate enough buying pressure to move this stock. Management has continued to offer convertible debenture to operate the business as well as dilute shares to pay themselves (pretty greedy IMO). As I've said an RS is inevitable.
What will remain is how BTZO operates after the RS. Will they work to create shareholder value and increase their market cap, or will they take advantage of shareholders and print shares, diluting this back down to trips and no bid? As you're aware I think management will dilute, post RS. They do not seem inclined to care about generating a legitimate business.
