It could have been approved by now if they wanted to approve it. They have not approved. Why? The answer is not in the science. But I believe some of the articles Truth has posted point to the answer...the FDA is crooked and this is a rigged game.

Our hope is that the FDA doesn't want to spend the political capital necessary to issue a CRL given the governmental and public attention to the opioid crisis. And having Braeburn backing probuphine helps a lot. But make no mistake, without that public attention and Braeburn, a CRL would have been issued already. Too much money at stake for big pharma.

That is why the price isn't climbing. The market knows the FDA for what it is.
