In response to the PM (without naming anyone):

I agree. We need to be very suspicious of "acquisitions" of companies that are not easily found or verified.

As I said before, if there's no 8-k by EOD Monday, I'm going to contact the SEC. At the very least, we'll hopefully get some transparency or an explanation.
