Increasing the float by about half the total O/S in the span of just those 4 months sure seems like a lot of dilution. If the number itself of shares seems relatively low, it's only because the pre split investors had their interest so heavily reduced.

People can ignore the noise but they shouldn't ignore the financial situation on the filings or the continuing absence of any game changing account :)
