We should have been at a $20 million cap with 1.5 million outstanding, or a $13 PPS, not needing to increase the OS 10 fold at a $1 to get there. We understand the purpose but if the fraudulent conversion hadn't hit at $7 1.5 months ago we'd be already there. I think some shareholders who added to their position or started a position at the $3-$7 range believing they'd be in the green has every right to be a little upset at this point as it languishes at $1.50 with no upside break in sight. If the company inks the $5-$25 million financing then the PPS now won't matter much as this will be a lot higher than here, but if it was inked with 1.5 million outstanding it would have valued the PPS even higher. Am I missing something?
