UPDATE from CEO,MM explained/Bank info

As previously disclosed, GrowLife continues to work with FINRA on the 15c2-11. As soon as the 15c is approved, we will immediately notify our shareholders.




As for other questions, there are many restrictions on how much information about FINRA and SEC exchanges we can disclose to the public.





That being said, you may have read in our publicly filed September 2014 8-K, December 2014 10-K and November 2015 S-1 that we engaged D. Weckstein & Co. Inc. as GrowLife's Investment Banker on August 27, 2014.




Also, in the recent S-1 document, the new financing party is identified as TCA Global Credit Master Fund LP, an accredited investor.
