APPZ Stock trading well below par value for the extra shares unloading the last few months. What value does one hold? Is this a $10,000,000 company? Why would anyone try to support this dead stock. Hey $500 to try and look like I know what I doing. Doesn't work like that. Hey I was right there is volume. Keep buying ok everyone? Don't look at the SEC filings. Don't look at the unaudited financials. Just bite momo and pr. That is good business sense.

On December 3, 2015, the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation with the state of Nevada to increase the total authorized capital from 5,000,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001, to 10,000,000,000 shares consisting of 9,920,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001, and 80,000,000 shares of preferred stock, par value $0.001 (the "Increase in Authorized Capital").
