Well in that case what is the problem? We'll get the stock price up eventually based on results. Why dilute current shareholders more than necessary to speed it up by a few months? If you're holding this longer than a year you'd rather just wait, buy some more cheap shares and raise money at $2 or $3 instead of $1. If you're not holding for a year or more you're a trader and the CEO is right to not consider your short-term needs.
