Looks like Ken Williams is securing funding. Previous filings are suggesting so.

Also based on Blackrigdge owning 9.9% of the shares that tells me the true share count is about 2.25 Billion.

That number also was suggested to me by Ken a while back AND was suggested to me by the TA when they were sharing that information.
