I know from the time when I traded Blue chips that a premarket PR can make a pps starting heavily in the green and a few hours later (with quarter earnings) deep in the red. The reason? It takes time to digest the fins and from the members of the board point of view it's better to release before the week end. Boring for us , smart for them. Besides this company has a track record for taking their time IMO.
