People here talk about low float. And maybe you should point this link to others. It shows the 45 mil float of 59 mil OS. With another ~200 million to go. I don't understand why people say it's a low flit when it's 80% of the OS.

If it were 20% of OS then I would agree.

But it is not a low float. And the increasing OS should alarm or at least signal to newbies that this is not a good thing.

But keep painting that Rosie picture. I want to believe. But experience and wisdom says 'don't 'until something significant comes about.
