About the Partnership, it is for certain, and who and where they partner with remains a question. You would think our pockets are well endowed after REG D is closed. Investments in oil projects or partner with proven oil companies is for sure.

Now, more detailed info will probably be supplied in the form of a PR since it is sensitive information which is probably not going to be told to you, sorry. Maybe you are asking the wrong questions, like who is the company we are partner with(that is insidewr info), or are you doing a sharebuyback(that is insider info) some people would think that could land them in jail.(SEC) JMHO
