BLTA Class Action Law Suit - will need hundreds if not thousands of investors to sign on, for the legal fees alone - if that's your tactic. If instead you're taking on the FAA, you will need BLTA on board as well - again, legal fees will top the "to do" list, and they won't be coming from Baltia - it's broke. I'm not saying it is not worth the effort, but do many of you have that much to lose here ? I for one do not, but I feel for those that do. 9 Billion Shares = a reverse split soon - over the years I've had 5 companies split on me - each one of them went in the toilet over a short period of time (0-8 months). Fortunately, I learned (after the first 2) to get out fast (take a small loss and run) - it's coming, a company this size cannot sustain these levels for long. keep your finger hovering over the sell button - don't lose money based on principle - it left long ago.
