I dont know why so many people are complaining. Here are the facts that are written plain as day.

On February 2, 2016, Tom Coleman said in a press release reiterating everything we already knew. The company has NO debt. This means that no toxic financing has occurred (at least since 2-2-16), as that would open TC up to libel or fraud. He also said that the company has solid financials, which will be timely filed. This means that he is aware of his deadlines and is prepapred to meet them. Therefore, I dont expect to see a NT (Though I could be wrong). This is not at all a dead stock, its merely simmering.
