There will one day have to be a major operation that will secure a license agreement from OPVS on portions of their patented technology. That will happen when they finally conclude they cannot circumvent the claims in the patent or patents of OPVS. Until then all the competitors will spend untold time and money all for nothing.

But when that happens this stock will explode. It could even come from a government contract as like Lockheed where OPVS may be pressed to make the product themselves as a start. With the millions already spent that should be considered anyway. RIGHT NOW.

This management is incapable of decision on how to market what is under their nose. A decision maker is urgently needed. NOW. Technical brains most often stumble over this problem.
