I guess you do not fully understand the effects of dilution when you are invested in a company that dilutes. It affects shareholder value two ways, HOW... if you bought this stock in August and kept it, because of dilution you have lost 80% of your investment!
Now if you have continued to hold this stock, because of dilution, significant buying will now moves this stock up mils instead of tenths of a cent.
So dilution severely affects shareholders both short term and long term! The only hope right now, which can avoid a reverse split is a share buyback. Let's hope that the family, friends and associates of the CEO initiate a buyback!
