I can't answer your question about volume and its impact on SP as I do not know that answer so I won't BS an answer. I just know what the float is per the companies TA. 2.3 Billion. This number has steadily increased and by most standards is a very large float. It has increased through dilution. Most of which not disclosed in advance. Sierra Global being the most nefarious as those shares were dumped on a 1 billion retirement PR pump.

Other pump and dump moves were shares dumped on the false claim of profitability.

When nearly everything the CEO said turned out to be failure or disingenuous I woke up and dumped this toxic junk.
