Gman, do you not agree that this argument is not only old and without merit, but it is just one more effort to raise illusory arguments against Elite. Like whether some other CEO provide an unsecured line of credit. Or, Elite's tech is an also-ran. Or how about the phantom promises?

It remains a fundamental fact that an acceptance cannot be factored in before the filing is made, nor can an approval be priced in before the drug filing is accepted. A little effective research would find this is inherently true with a number of pharmas. So why would it be any different with Elite? It would not and to suggest otherwise is a specious argument.
