Recent financing/PHOT's Carrot
This year has been especially exhausting to all our stakeholders. Raising capital in any form for a public company with trading challenges will always take longer than expected. GrowLife was fortunate to find a new financing party who agreed to provide up to $6 million. The funds provided $1,150,000 over the last few months with the remaining $4.9 million requiring certain regulatory conditions such as an approved market maker and S-1 registration statement.

Shortly after bringing our reporting current we will complete and submit the S-1 filing, which is expensive but necessary. While we believe that regulators will eventually support the company returning to trading, ultimately we must get back to fundamentals where the true value of the stock must eventually be based.
