From what I understand, they don't have that loan yet. I had asked about the loan several weeks back after there was a couple of heavy dilution days and got this reply.

Hi Tom,
I think the $5M investment is misunderstood as it is an equity finance S1 which can't be filled till we are current. I have been preparing to get is current and was blown away by what happened today. Once we get current it will be roughly 90 days till the S1 is active and we can pay off the debts.
