PG, to make Bavituximab just having the patent doesn't suffice. PPHM disclosed to Avid how to make Bavi. PPHM will only at a certain point in time have to disclose how you make Bavituximab.

All Bavituximab that leaves Tustin is labelled and treated as a controlled substance. So PPHM knows EXACTLY where it goes for who, for what, how much, etc.

So for it to become illegal it must disappear from such controlled chain. A fake patients and fake prescription by a Doctor that then keeps the Bavi for other purposes. Would be illegal, risky but possible. But the AMOUNTS would be VERY LIMITED, IMO not such that one could sell them at the internet level.
