Oh that sound like quite the little enterprise then. They are lucky to have a landlord that will allow running a retail business from their apartment. I know I do not allow that type of activity with my properties. In some states its even illegal to operate a retail store in a residential zoned area.

He sells it from a fold-up table on the sidewalk at the front of the complex?
