Once again, corporate officials are NOT allowed to reveal any new information to individuals. They may only discuss information which has already been made public to everyone so that everyone has the same fair opportunity to act upon the information. If a corporate official shares information with one individual which has not been disseminated publicly, it violates insider trading rules and that is a felony. Stop trying to get our corporate management to commit a felony.
