We have here another poster who needs to beat his point(such as it is) to death. Management has hired excellent legal talent, and a good "crisis" PR firm. The best lawyers money can buy are telling them to keep their collective mouths shut. I would be dissapointed if they went against their legal advice and started PRing in response to whining by shareholders that don't understand the situation .
