There are no inaccuracies. If you think this company will reverse split to protect share holders, they won't. They will reverse split, amend their SOS to increase shares authorized, and crank on the printing presses. They will burn RS PPS back down to nothing in no time. A RS does not increase anyone's value. Fact.
