When i google Michael J. Baum i cannot find a press release or filing that he is involved.

Is he a new director? Can anyone tell me? Why is there no pr or filing about it?

Mr. Michael J. Baum is a Venture Partner of Rembrandt Venture Partners. Mr. Baum joined Rembrandt in June 29, 2011 and focuses on new investment opportunities in Internet Infrastructure, Public and Private Cloud, SaaS and Enterprise IT. He serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FOUNDER.org. His entrepreneurial journey has spanned 25 years, six start-ups, five acquisitions and the recent IPO of Splunk. His entrepreneurial projects have created more than 3,000 jobs, over 150 millionaires and $5 billion in shareholder value.

Mr. Baum co-founded Splunk, Inc. in 2004 and served as it's Chief Corporate and Business Development Officer since September 2008. Mr. Baum served as a General Partner at Prism Venture Partners. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Splunk, Inc. from 2004 to September 2008.
Under his leadership, Splunk raised $50 million in venture funding, recruited a global team of more than 250 employees and developed and executed a game changing, consumer approach to enterprise marketing and sales -- achieving six straight years of 100%+ growth. He co-founded Collation, Inc., Reality and dotBank. Mr. Baum served as an Investment Management Consultant, both independently and with Charles River Ventures, where he focused on Internet and data communications investment strategies. He started his career as a Software Engineer at IBM's Silicon Valley Laboratory working on large system compliers and also served as a Member of its PC development team in Boca Raton, Florida engineering its PC BIOS. He was an original Member of IBM PC team and served as a Software Engineer at IBM's Santa Teresa Laboratory. Mr. Baum co-founded Arthas.com, Inc., where he served as Vice President of e-Commerce Services and Vice President of Marketing & Business Development. He served as Vice President, e-Commerce Services at Yahoo!, Inc. Prior to Yahoo!, Mr. Baum served as Vice President of e-Commerce of Infoseek Corp. and Disney, where he was responsible for the development of the Disney Internet Group shopping platform and services and co-founded 280. From June 1994 to March 1996, Mr. Baum served as a Principal of Advent International Corporation and was responsible for its Information Technology investment activities on the West Coast. Mr. Baum served as Chief Technical Advisor of Scoop Inc. from July 1996 to February 1998. From July 1990 to January 1993, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Pensoft Corporation.
