So the company is dead because of a few shares sold before hand? The lawsuit has two sides to it. This thing may take years so now nothing else matters to the company but the lawsuit. That is ihubbian thinking. I haven't seen one official message from the CEO saying they can't advance the company because of the unauthorized shares. I hope we don't
