Did my DD. They just gave away $5 million in sales and a Note from Moon for $647,000. For what? This was a profitable company that just gave it all away to start doing what? Sell convertible notes to finance a new start? They had a cash flow for any new business they wanted to enter. Now this is basically an empty shell. Bet the company did not even get any cash for this sale of assets. If they did, they would have put that in the PR and perhaps gave out a small dividend to share holders.

What kind of DD do you have for saying this is a Good Deal?
