It's free and they have a variety of platforms. Some of their older platforms are also available as downloads even though they don't offer it any longer (Strategy Desk or something like that comes to mind). I think they have a platform link and you choose whichever you like. They also have matching apps. I don't like the TOS app, still use plain old TDA, almost easier to place trades through my phone.
