Mermelstein, Agreed you never said or alluded to mgmt taking PYDS private. But your comment was certainly open ended enough that one could include mgmt in a take over or take private scenario.

"Still believe this company should be taken private and is worth around $8 a share."

I'd be happy to see PPS above $2.50 with an upward vector.
