No,he is not ! This guy works in Fort Collins,Colorado.Since January 2014.

Whether it is deliberate disinformation or simply carelessness,I don't know but this false info on the new EPGL website typifies EPGL's news releases or tweets or info in general: it should never be taken at face value,in my opinion anyways.
