Without using a few choice words, lack of bid support. Almost no one on the LII so the MM's are able to let the bid drop. Usually something in limbo like this would stay in a range but this one isn't finding such luck. Yet.
When it does move? I'm thinking it'll move quick. Just need the "when" to hurry up!!
