Other responses I remember recently about not shorting, you can not short a pink or otc, you can maybe after your broker laughs at you and asks for 2.5 million in a margin account. Suddenly risking 250k is a lot more reasonable than 2.5 million. And there are ways to manipulate a stock down, for instance with misinformation.
